Terms and Conditions
In placing an order with beVoguenow.com you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are governed by the Dutch Law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch Courts.
beVoguenow.com is domiciled in The Netherlands and makes no warranty to anyone who places an order from outside the Netherlands that this website complies with any non-Dutch laws or regulations and no local promotions will apply to these products.
Contract
Prices & Availability of Goods
All prices are quoted in EURO and are inclusive of Dutch Sales tax, VAT - at the current rate of 19.0%. If your order is being sent to an EC Member State then the selling price will include VAT. Any customs duties or levies in your destination country will be your responsibility.
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that prices and details are correct on our website, data entry errors and other technical problems may result in inaccurate prices being shown. In such cases it is not required to honour the price. If you see any price which you believe to be inaccurate then please contact us on by clicking here (email)
Delivery and Charges
Our warehouse normally ships orders within 2-3 business days (stock availability permitting). During promotions, special events, holidays and back-orders the turnover period may be extended.
Customers are notified by email when the order is being shipped.
The shipping time will vary depending on the destination of your parcel and the choice of shipping method. International shipment by Regular Post parcels (we use TNT Post and tracking is not possible) can take up to 10-15 working days to receive the parcel at your doorstep, depending if you are in a remote area.
For Express Worldwide delivery we use UPS and FEDEX (your parcel can be tracked) delivery time can take up to 3-5 working days to receive the parcel at your doorstep.
Within The Netherlands TNT Post parcels are delivered overnight to most zip codes. Please note that a signature will usually be required for deliveries.
Stock Availability
We aim to always have items in stock and if not then this will normally be indicated on the website. There are occasions, however, when an item is not available after ordering in which case we will inform you as soon as possible that this is the case. Where one or more items from an order are unavailable for a short period we will still send out the rest of the order to you and the other items will be sent on as soon as we receive them. In these cases only one delivery charge will be made
Returns Policy
We hope that you are entirely satisfied with your beVoguenow.com items. However, should you wish to return the goods you should do so within 14 days of delivery.
beVoguenow.com guarantees 100% reimbursement. Goods must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unworn, unaltered, with original packing.
For reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned.
Making Returns
Returns should be sent within 14 days of delivery of the order. We recommend that you return items by Registered Mail. We cannot accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transport.

Please note that return postage will not be refunded. Should you be sent a faulty item then we will naturally reimburse you fully.
Payment and Security
We currently accept Visa, MasterCard through PayPal. Payments can be also made by bank to bank transfer, Western Union, MoneyGram and on-line bank transfer. Please note that we also accept cheques but delivery will not take place until the cheque has cleared.

Although we make every effort to ensure that our Web Site is as accurate as possible we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

Wholesalers are able to receive discount from beVoguenow.com The discount can vary depending upon quantity of products ordered by Wholesaler.
We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of our obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
