How long does it take to receive my order?
Our warehouse normally ships orders within 2-3 business days. During promotions, special events, holidays and back-orders the turnover period may be extended.
Customers are notified by email when the order is being shipped.
The shipping time will vary depending on the destination of your parcel and the choice of shipping method. International shipment by Regular Post parcels (we use TNT Post and tracking is not possible) can take up to 10-15 working days to receive the parcel at your doorstep, depending if you are in a remote area.
For Express Worldwide delivery we use UPS and FEDEX (your parcel can be tracked) delivery time can take up to 3-5 working days to receive the parcel at your doorstep.
Within The Netherlands TNT Post parcels are delivered overnight to most zip codes.
I am paying by Bank Transfer, when should I make the payment?
Once the order is ready to be shipped and we have adjusted the total amount, you will receive an email with the final amount and bank details, only then you can make your payment.
PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE TRANSFER BEFORE YOU HAVE RECEIVED OUR CONFIRMATION EMAIL!
I am paying by Credit Card, when should I make the payment?
You should make your payment online, we use PayPal.
I haven't received an invoice with my parcel?
In an effort to reduce our paper use (we like to do the forests a favour!) our invoices are emailed only.
(If you wish to receive a printed invoice with your order, please ask us in the comment box when checking out.)
I haven't received the number of items I have ordered!?
We use a variety of counting/weighing methods but mistakes can happen. If you have not received the number of items you have ordered, please contact us and we'll fix this for you. (at no extra charge!)
My order has been shipped a few days ago, but I haven't received it!?
- If you chose a regular post service, your order cannot be tracked and no claim can be made.
- If you chose a registered service, we can usually track the parcel for you. If you wish your parcel can be insured.
- beVoguenow will not refund you if your parcel has been lost by the postal service. We will help you with the claim process.
What is the handling charge?
This is a flat Euro: 2.00 for handling and packing fee we charge for every order placed with beVoguenow. It is bundled in the shipping charge.

What if I’m not satisfied with the items I have purchased on your website?
If you are not satisfied in any way with the items you have purchased with us, having a reasonable cause, beVoguenow gives you a 100% full money refund!
Purchasing above Euro: 250.00 Customer has the right for FREE SHIPMENT! This means that beVoguenow will pay for your shipment!
